Meet Heather Prach, the Executive Producer of Flat Out Friday, the heartbeat behind the chaos. From coordinating hundreds of riders to managing pits, payouts, trophies, vendors, and group sales, Heather is the one making sure the spectacle runs like a finely tuned machine. With her background in corporate management, she brings structure and discipline to an event built on speed, adrenaline, and organized mayhem. She keeps moving in line while leaving just enough room to keep the rock n roll chaos that Flat Out Friday Runs on. 

Heather’s leadership style is firm but fair — she’s known for keeping everyone on task, on time, and accountable to the policies that keep Flat Out Friday safe, efficient, and fun. She’s not in the role because she’s Jeremy Prach’s sister — she’s there because she’s tough enough to handle it all, and smart enough to make it look easy.

On race night, you’ll spot her right away — headset on, clipboard in hand, dressed in her signature customized white jumpsuit — keeping riders moving, crews coordinated, and the show on track. She’s the calm at the center of the storm, making sure the lights, bikes, and energy of Flat Out Friday come together for one unforgettable night.
